Refund policy
At InvazionLabz we strive to provide our customers with high-quality clothing and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for any items purchased from our store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or odors.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
5. Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our policy conditions.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please inform us during the return initiation process.
6. Refund Policy-
Once an order has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If your package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request a refund. Invazion Labz is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend contacting the carrier promptly and providing your tracking number for assistance. If you believe there was a delivery error, please reach out to us so we can review the situation in accordance with Shopify’s policies and applicable carrier guidelines.
